Welcome to Egypt! Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, your tour manager will meet you and assist with all arrival formalities. You will then be transferred to your hotel in a private, air-conditioned vehicle, where help with check-in will be provided and your upcoming travel plan will be reviewed together.

Meet your personal guide at the hotel and travel to the Giza Plateau. Explore the legendary pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure, and admire the Great Sphinx watching over the site.

Next, visit the nearby Grand Egyptian Museum, one of the world’s most impressive cultural landmarks. Discover an extensive collection of ancient treasures, including Tutankhamun’s iconic golden mask and Khufu’s remarkably preserved Solar Boat, while gaining deeper insight into Egypt’s remarkable past.

Discover Cairo’s rich heritage today with a guided visit to its historic Islamic and Coptic districts, two of the city’s most culturally significant areas.

Begin at the Citadel of Saladin and the impressive Mohamed Ali Alabaster Mosque. Continue to the centuries-old Khan El Khalili Bazaar, with time for a stroll along Al-Muizz Street if the schedule allows.

Next, head to Coptic Cairo to visit the Church of Saints Sergius and Bacchus, the Hanging Church, and the Ben Ezra Synagogue. After the tour, transfer to the railway station to board your overnight train to Aswan.

Nile Cruise

Upon arrival at Aswan Railway Station, you will be met by our representative and transferred to your Nile cruise ship in time for lunch on board.

Later in the afternoon, disembark for guided sightseeing in Aswan. Visit the famous High Dam, explore the beautiful Temple of Philae dedicated to the goddesses Isis and Hathor, and see the Unfinished Obelisk resting in the ancient granite quarries.

Enjoy breakfast on board as the cruise sails toward Kom Ombo. Disembark to explore the unique double temple, with one side honoring the crocodile god Sobek and the other dedicated to the falcon god Haroeris. Return to the ship for lunch before continuing the journey to Edfu.

In Edfu, visit the remarkably preserved Temple of Horus, one of the finest ancient temples in Egypt. After the tour, rejoin the cruise and sail onward toward Esna.

Arrive in Luxor in the morning and set out to explore the West Bank of the Nile. Visit the Valley of the Kings, the burial ground of more than 60 Egyptian pharaohs. Continue to the Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir El-Bahari, dedicated to Egypt’s second female ruler, and learn about her remarkable reign. Conclude the tour with a stop at the impressive Colossi of Memnon before returning to the cruise.

After leaving the cruise this morning, join your guide to discover the East Bank of Luxor.
