- Day 1: Arrival in San José – Transfer to La Fortuna
¡Welcome to Costa Rica!
Upon landing, our representative will meet you at the airport and escort you to your hotel near Arenal Volcano in La Fortuna. The drive takes approximately three hours, during which you’ll receive a short introduction to Costa Rica and its highlights.

- Day 2: La Fortuna – Hanging Bridges, Volcano Trails & Waterfall
The Arenal Hanging Bridges at Mistico Park form a unique corridor of vegetation, hosting both highland and lowland birds such as bellbirds and toucans. This makes for a fun and educational nature walk for families. Strolling along the bridges gives a fresh perspective of the jungle, its wildlife, and offers spectacular views of Arenal Volcano and Lake Arenal.
Begin your day with a walk across the hanging bridges, then continue exploring Arenal Volcano National Park along its scenic trails. End at the stunning La Fortuna Waterfall, one of the largest in the area. At the entrance, you’ll have a moment to change into swimwear if you wish to cool off in the natural pool below. Be prepared for a little exercise: 500 steps down to the waterfall and 300 steps back up.

- Day 3: La Fortuna – Transfer to Playa Tambor
Travel by shuttle to Playa Tambor, a quaint town on the Nicoya Peninsula known for its long sandy beaches, lush vegetation, and rich wildlife. After approximately six hours on the road, arrive at your beachfront hotel, check in, and take some time to relax while enjoying the comfortable accommodations and the beautiful natural surroundings.

- Day 4: Playa Tambor – Tortuga Island & Curu Wildlife Adventure
Today, explore the natural treasures of the Nicoya Peninsula. The Tango Mar Super Tour combines several exciting activities, making it ideal for families and perfect for children to observe wildlife up close. Your first stop is Tortuga Island, where you can relax on its pristine white-sand beaches. Next, visit Curu Wildlife Reserve, a privately protected area home to thousands of plant species, hundreds of animals, and a stunning waterfall.
After your forest hike, return to the coast for a snorkeling experience, swimming among vibrant coral reefs teeming with tropical fish, oysters, and octopus. On occasion, you may also spot humpback whales, dolphins, or sea turtles, making the day even more memorable.

Spend the morning at leisure, enjoying some final moments with your family. Later, take a 3-hour shuttle transfer to Liberia International Airport for your return flight home.
