Begin your 10-day journey through China in the vibrant capital, Beijing. After arriving, transfer to your hotel and take some time to rest and recover from your journey, or enjoy a leisurely walk around the nearby area to get a first glimpse of the city.

Begin your day at Tiananmen Square, taking in the impressive surrounding architecture. Next, enter the Forbidden City, the historic home of the Ming and Qing emperors. Walk along the red walls and golden rooftops, explore majestic halls, and immerse yourself in centuries of history. On a sunny day, the light beautifully highlights the intricate details and ingenious designs throughout the palace.
In the afternoon, venture into Beijing’s hutongs with your guide to witness local life and traditional customs. After a morning drive of about two hours, arrive at the Mutianyu Great Wall Scenic Area. This well-preserved section is less crowded and easier to explore. Stroll along the ancient stone steps and admire the grandeur and historical significance of this iconic wonder.
In the afternoon, return to Beijing and stop at the Olympic Bird’s Nest Stadium and Water Cube for photos. You’ll also visit a pearl store before heading back to your hotel.

Next, visit the Temple of Heaven, a Ming-dynasty complex built for imperial ceremonies and celebrated for its architectural beauty. Today, it serves as a lively park where locals practice tai chi, perform sword dances, or create calligraphy on the pavement in a serene and relaxed environment.
After your exploration in Beijing, your guide will escort you to the railway station for a high-speed train to Xi’an. Upon arrival, a local guide will welcome you and assist with hotel check-in.
