Dedicate the day to discovering Lençóis Maranhenses National Park, a vast landscape of white sand dunes and sparkling lagoons. In addition to soaking in the scenery, visit a nearby local village and enjoy an optional lunch there at your own expense.

For an extra touch of adventure, consider the Optional Scenic Flight. Take a small private plane for a breathtaking aerial view of the dunes and the northern coastline, making the experience even more memorable.

Begin your day with breakfast, then meet your boatman at the riverbank for a scenic four-hour ride along the Preguiças River. Marvel at the tropical forest landscapes, dotted with sand dunes that meet the water, and watch for capuchin monkeys and caimans as you travel.

Your first stop is Vassouras village, at the edge of the Pequenos Lençóis, where you can wander the area on foot and swim in the river. Continue to Mandacaru, pay the entrance fee locally, and climb the lighthouse for breathtaking views of the river and forest. Conclude the journey in Atins, where a local driver will take you on a private transfer to your hotel.

  • Atins

Start your morning with a choice of adventures: either ride a horse through the vast dunes or cross the Preguiças River to explore the sister park, Pequenos Lençóis, on an ATV.

In the afternoon, savor a fresh seafood lunch at Canto do Atins, then continue exploring the local lagoons. End the day by enjoying a breathtaking sunset as you return to the village.

In the morning, meet a local fisherman and join him on his boat for a fishing experience. After catching your fish, head to a family-run bar where it will be freshly prepared for you.

The afternoon is yours to enjoy at leisure. Nestled between the National Park, the Preguiças River, and the ocean, Atins offers the perfect setting to cool off in the lagoons, river, or sea, explore the village on foot, photograph the freely roaming donkeys, and soak in the peaceful Brazilian charm.

  • Atins

Travel by 4×4 from Atins to Parnaíba, passing through the scenic Pequenos Lençóis and continuing along the highway after Paulino Neves.

In the afternoon, head to the Parnaíba dock and board a private speedboat to explore the Parnaíba Delta. Navigate through winding creeks, dunes, and islands, stopping at Caju Bay for a swim and on one of the islands for an optional homemade lunch.

As the day ends, witness the stunning spectacle of scarlet ibises flying from the beach to their roosts in the trees, creating a brilliant red cloud above. On the return trip to Parnaíba, the boatman may use flashlights to spot caimans along the riverbanks.

After breakfast, enjoy a scenic two-hour drive along the Piaui coastline to reach Barra Grande, passing by pristine beaches along the way.

In the afternoon, a local guide will take you by small canoe to the Sea Horse conservation area, where you can learn about this unique species. The tour also includes a visit to a local oyster farm and the chance to relax floating on the calm river waters, depending on the tide. Travel to Jericoacoara today, with a stop at Tatajuba, a village once swallowed by dunes and later rebuilt by local fishermen across the river as New Tatajuba. The village offers a glimpse of what Jericoacoara looked like two decades ago.

Visit the “Duna do Funil,” one of the region’s tallest dunes, where you can test your skills sandboarding down its slopes.

The transfer takes approximately seven hours, after which the afternoon is free to unwind on Jericoacoara’s beach. In the evening, climb the Sunset Dune overlooking the ocean to witness a spectacular sunset.

Begin your buggy adventure at 9:00 am, heading to the starting point for a 30-minute walk to Pedra Furada, a massive stone arch naturally sculpted by wind, waves, and rain over time.

Afterward, continue by buggy to the Blue Lagoon, known for its striking blue-green waters, soft white sand, and wooden benches in the water—perfect for relaxing and enjoying a refreshing caipirinha. Nearby, explore the Paradise Lagoon, with time to enjoy an optional lunch at one of the few bars and restaurants along the shore.

Today’s adventure follows the coastline, traveling mostly along sandy beaches. You’ll cross rivers using small barges, pass through traditional fishing villages, and can stop for a swim along the way. After around four hours of scenic driving, you will arrive in Trairi.

In the late afternoon, head to the Mundau River, where a private boat will take you upstream to enjoy the tranquil waters. The riverbanks are lined with dunes, interspersed with mangroves and coconut groves. Watching the sunset from the river is a magical experience, and a bottle of champagne can be arranged in advance for an added touch.

  • Trairi

Spend the day at your own pace, relaxing on the beach or exploring the surroundings.

For those interested, an optional beginner’s kitesurfing lesson is available. You’ll learn how to handle a trainer kite, set up the equipment, understand wind direction, identify safety zones, use safety systems, launch and land the kite, and practice basic kite control, including power and neutral zones.

  • Trairi

Today, continue your journey to Cumbuco, a drive of approximately three hours along the coastline, with opportunities to pause and enjoy the scenic views.

Once in Cumbuco, settle into your hotel and unwind, or choose an optional excursion with a local driver to explore the surroundings by buggy.

  • Cumbuco

In the morning, enjoy a tour of Fortaleza, discovering its vibrant modern downtown with top hotels, international restaurants, lively entertainment, and theaters, alongside the well-preserved historic district showcasing the city’s heritage.

After the sightseeing, your Portuguese-speaking driver will transfer you to Fortaleza International Airport for your departure flight.
