Flights & Airfare

International flights, fares, seat classes, and bookings

1. How does Royal Air Trip get cheaper airfares than booking sites like Expedia or Google Flights?

As a licensed travel consolidator, Royal Air Trip has access to negotiated bulk and private airfares that airlines make available exclusively to accredited agencies — not the general public. These wholesale fares are not listed on any OTA (online travel agency) or public booking platform, which is why our prices are often significantly lower.

We partner with 40+ international airlines worldwide, including Emirates, Etihad Airways, Qatar Airways, Air India, Thai Airways, Cathay Pacific, Turkish Airlines, Singapore Airlines, British Airways, Lufthansa, and many more. We search across our airline network to find the best route and fare for your journey.

Yes. Royal Air Trip books all cabin classes — economy, premium economy, business class, and first class. We are particularly well-known for offering exclusive deals on business class international travel, where our consolidator access delivers the most significant savings.

Yes. We handle complex multi-city itineraries, open-jaw tickets, and round-the-world routing. Our agents are experienced in building intricate multi-leg journeys that save you both time and money compared to booking each flight separately.

No. Royal Air Trip charges zero booking fees on flight reservations. You pay the airfare — nothing more. Our revenue comes from airline commission, not from surcharging our customers.

For the best fares, we generally recommend booking international flights 2–5 months in advance for economy class, and 3–6 months ahead for business or first class. That said, our consolidator access sometimes surfaces excellent last-minute deals too — so it's always worth calling us even if your trip is coming up soon.

Yes. We can request specific seat preferences on your behalf at the time of booking, subject to availability and airline policy. Seat selection depends on the airline and fare class. We'll advise you on what's possible for your specific booking.

Yes. Our team is experienced in fast-turnaround bookings. For urgent or last-minute travel, calling us directly at (+1) 972-666-8100 will get you the fastest response and same-day ticketing where available.

Tour Packages & Itineraries

Custom tours, group travel, and what's included

1. What is included in a Royal Air Trip tour package?

Package inclusions vary by destination and tour type, but typically include international flights, airport transfers, hotel accommodations, guided tours or excursions, and in some cases meals. Our agent will clearly outline every included and excluded item when presenting your customized itinerary — no hidden surprises.

Yes — that's one of our core strengths. Unlike online booking platforms that offer fixed packages, we design completely custom itineraries tailored to your budget, travel dates, interests, preferred pace, accommodation preferences, and any special requirements. Every trip we build is unique.

In many cases, yes — subject to availability and supplier terms. Common add-ons include additional nights, optional excursions, airport meet-and-greet services, and travel insurance. Speak to your Royal Air Trip agent about any additions before or after booking.

Hotels & Accommodation

Hotel bookings, categories, and reservations

1. Can Royal Air Trip book hotels separately from a full tour package?

Yes. We can book hotel accommodation as a standalone service — whether you're arranging your own flights and just need hotels, or extending a trip with additional nights. We have preferred rates at thousands of hotels worldwide across all categories.

We work with hotels and resorts across all categories — from well-reviewed 3-star city hotels and charming boutique properties to 4-star and 5-star luxury resorts. We'll recommend accommodation that matches your preferences and budget.

Yes. Through our network of global hospitality partners, Royal Air Trip secures preferred and discounted rates that are often lower than standard public prices. These savings are passed directly to our customers.

Yes. We note all special requests at the time of booking and communicate them directly to the hotel on your behalf. While we cannot guarantee all requests (subject to hotel availability and policy), our team does everything possible to ensure your preferences are met.

Cruises & All-Inclusive Packages

Cruise bookings and what all-inclusive means

1. Does Royal Air Trip book cruises?

Yes. We book cruises with world-class cruise lines across a variety of itineraries — Mediterranean, Caribbean, East Africa, Alaska, Scandinavia, Antarctica, and more. We can handle flights to the departure port, transfers, and pre or post-cruise hotel stays as part of a complete cruise package.

Our all-inclusive packages typically cover international flights, hotel accommodation, all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks), airport transfers, and select activities or excursions. The exact inclusions are clearly outlined for every package — there are no vague promises or hidden gaps.

In most cases, yes. By bundling flights, accommodation, meals, and transfers together, we leverage our wholesale relationships to offer better overall value than you'd get pricing each component individually on a consumer booking platform.

Yes. While we offer standard all-inclusive packages, we can also modify them — adding extra nights, upgrading rooms, changing flight routing, or substituting included excursions. Just let us know your preferences and we'll adapt the package accordingly.

Payments, Pricing & Fees

How pricing works, deposits, and what you'll pay

1. Does Royal Air Trip charge booking fees?

No. Royal Air Trip charges zero booking fees on all reservations — flights, hotels, tours, or packages. The price we quote is the price you pay for your travel. No service charges, no convenience fees, no surprises.

Yes, most bookings require a deposit to confirm the reservation — particularly for tour packages, cruises, and group travel. Deposit amounts and timing vary depending on the tour or package. Your Royal Air Trip agent will clearly explain the deposit requirement and full payment schedule before you commit.

The final balance payment date depends on the type of booking and the departure date. For most international packages, final payment is due 60–90 days before travel. Your agent will provide a clear payment timeline when confirming your booking.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. For credit card payments, a Credit Card Authorization Form may be required for security purposes. Your agent will guide you through the payment process.

Yes. All transactions with Royal Air Trip are processed through secure, encrypted channels. We take the protection of your financial information extremely seriously and have robust security measures in place.

All prices quoted by Royal Air Trip include applicable airport taxes and fuel surcharges unless specifically stated otherwise. We are transparent about what is and is not included in every quote.

We are confident in our pricing — particularly on airfares, where our consolidator access gives us significant advantages over public booking sites. If you believe you've found a lower price for a genuinely comparable trip, contact us and we'll do our best to match or beat it.

Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Modifying or cancelling your booking with Royal Air Trip

1. How do I make a change to my booking?

To request any change to your booking — such as travel dates, passenger names, flight routing, or hotel — please contact your Royal Air Trip agent as soon as possible by phone or email. Changes are subject to airline and supplier policies, and additional fees may apply depending on the fare class and timing of the request.

Yes. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Royal Air Trip. Cancellation charges depend on the specific booking conditions, fare type, and how far in advance you cancel. Please review the terms communicated at the time of booking or contact your agent for the applicable cancellation policy.

In most cases, deposits are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed, as they are used to secure your reservation with airlines and suppliers. However, in certain circumstances we may be able to hold your deposit value as a travel credit toward a future trip. Please contact us to discuss your options.

Cancellation charges after full payment are based on a sliding scale depending on how close to departure you cancel. The closer to departure, the higher the cancellation charge — which may in some cases be up to 100% of the trip cost. This is why we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

In some cases, bookings can be transferred to another traveler before the final balance due date, subject to airline and supplier approval and any applicable transfer fees. Transfers after the final payment date are typically treated as a cancellation and re-booking. Contact your agent as early as possible for transfer requests.

If an airline cancels your flight or makes a significant schedule change, you are generally entitled to a full refund of the airfare or an alternative routing. Royal Air Trip will notify you immediately of any such changes and work to secure the best available alternative on your behalf.

Yes. We strongly recommend travel insurance for all international travel, and we can arrange comprehensive travel insurance options as part of your booking. Insurance typically covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies abroad, lost luggage, and travel delays. Ask your agent for details when booking.

Visas, Passports & Documents

Passport requirements, visas, and travel documentation

1. Does Royal Air Trip help with visa applications?

While Royal Air Trip does not process visa applications directly, our agents provide detailed guidance on visa requirements for your specific destination and nationality. We advise you on the correct visa type, processing times, documentation required, and application timelines so you can plan accordingly.

Most countries require your passport to be valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended return date. Some destinations require only 3 months of validity. Royal Air Trip will advise you on the specific passport requirements for your destination at the time of booking. If your passport needs renewal, we recommend starting the process as early as possible.

If your passport is renewed or your details change after booking but before departure, you must notify Royal Air Trip immediately with your new passport information. Airlines require accurate passport details (known as Advanced Passenger Information or APIS) before travel, and incorrect information may prevent boarding.

Vaccination requirements vary by destination and can change. Royal Air Trip advises you to check current health requirements with your physician and the official health authority for your destination country well in advance of travel. We'll flag any known requirements when discussing your itinerary.

After confirming your booking, Royal Air Trip will provide you with a complete booking confirmation document including: e-ticket itinerary, hotel vouchers, tour confirmations, transfer details, and any other relevant documentation. All documents are sent electronically to the email address provided at booking.

Contact Royal Air Trip immediately if you lose any travel documents while on your trip. We will assist you in contacting the relevant authorities, airlines, and hotels to arrange replacements or alternatives. For passport loss, you should also contact the nearest embassy or consulate of your home country.
